Project Manager

Own ELV programme delivery — schedules, coordination, quality gates and client communication from kick-off to handover.
About the role
You will lead end-to-end delivery of Extra Low Voltage programmes across security, communication, AV, networking and related systems.
The role sits between clients, site teams and internal engineering — keeping scope, time and quality aligned from survey through commissioning.
You should be comfortable on live sites, reading drawings/BOQs, and driving vendors and technicians to a clean handover.
Responsibilities
- Plan and track project milestones, resources and site logistics
- Coordinate design, procurement, installation and commissioning stages
- Run client meetings, progress reporting and issue escalation
- Enforce quality checks, documentation and as-built discipline
- Support handover, training and AMC transition where required
Requirements
- 5+ years in ELV, security, electrical or related project delivery
- Strong site coordination and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with CCTV, access control, fire alarm or structured cabling projects
- Willingness to travel across project locations in India
- Diploma/degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience
